Montana Zillfleisch

Director and Occupational Therapist

Montana is a registered Occupational Therapist with experience across both private and public healthcare settings including Gold Coast Health and Hospital Service. She has a strong passion for community-based services and specialises in supporting individuals with life-limiting conditions, as well as those in the aging population. Her practice is centred on promoting, maintaining, and adapting independence, with the overall aim to reduce reliance on hospital or aged care admissions wherever possible.

At Meaningful Moments in Occupational Therapy, our mission is to empower individuals to live meaningful lives at every age and every stage. We believe that everyone deserves purpose and joy, no matter their health condition or personal journey. Montana values collaborative care and enjoys working with organisations such as the Ambulance Wish Foundation to help clients achieve their goals or desired wishes.

Outside of her clinical role, Montana maintains a healthy and active lifestyle, with a strong emphasis on occupational balance—something she believes is essential to providing authentic, empathetic care. She is also currently training her miniature Groodle puppy, Mazie, with the exciting goal of introducing animal-assisted therapy into her future practise!
